At a time when many people have already given up on their new years resolutions, I wanted to tell you what’s been happening in the Northwest Arkansas Real Estate Market to let you know that if one of your resolutions was to buy or sell a house this year, don’t give up yet! Let’s break down the single family home statistics in Benton and Washington Counties from the last 30 days.
Benton County
Let’s start with Benton County. As of the filming of the above video, there were 1097 Active single family homes on the market, 843 homes were pending, and 243 homes had sold in the last 30 days, which is 172 less than in December. Homes sold for an average of 98.1% to the list price and were on the market for an average of 22 days before going pending, and Sold for an average of $403,417 dollars.
Washington County
In Washington County, there were 497 active single family homes on the market, 480 homes were pending, and 153 homes had sold in the last 30 days, which is 78 less than in December. Homes in Washington County sold for an average of 98.4% to the list price ad were on the market for an average of 6 days before going pending, and the sold for an average of $401,514 dollars.
