Eric Eby
Having moved over 40 times in my life, it’s safe to say that I didn’t choose this career, it chose me! Moving all those times not only gave me a unique perspective on the moving process, it also helped me explore Northwest Arkansas.
I was sick of boring corporate jobs and I felt like I would never be happy working for someone else. I graduated college from the University of Arkansas in 2008 and went to work for a few different Wal-Mart Suppliers, but never found a job that I enjoyed. In 2015, a family member suggested that I should consider real estate. I had always had an interest in real estate, but had never considered it as a career.
Now as an Executive Broker, I feel extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to support hundreds of people and families during their real estate journey, everything from moving neighborhoods to relocating here from across the country.
I am not only dedicated to making the world a better place but also to supporting others in their personal growth. With my extensive knowledge as an executive broker, I have a deep understanding of real estate law and the transaction process, which ensures that your interests are always protected.

I began my career in real estate about 8 years ago when I started investing and flipping single family homes. I have purchased, renovated and managed dozens of properties, learning the ins and outs of real estate on my own dime.

I have called Northwest Arkansas home for over 20 years, so I don't just know the area — I've watched it grow up. Before real estate, I spent most of my career specializing in online sales, which gave me a sharp eye for marketing and a knack for ensuring homes get seen by the right buyers. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2006 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management.
Outside of work, I am an avid outdoorsman who's happiest hunting, fishing, camping, or — for reasons the rest of the team still questions — jumping out of perfectly good airplanes. When I'm not out enjoying everything NWA has to offer, I spend time with my two daughters.
